Initial Consultation

For just $150, you can have an initial consultation to determine if my program suits your needs. This fee will be credited toward the cost of the program should you choose to join me on this transformative journey.

Program Details

My program includes monthly meetings during which you'll receive in-depth and personalized counseling on the diet, exercise and lifestyle changes needed to sustain weight loss over time.  We will also discuss the use of prescription weight loss medications to help you in reaching your goals.

Health Assessment

Each one-hour session is meticulously planned to monitor your weight loss progress and health markers, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels.

Cost Considerations

 

One hour of customized nutrition and activity counseling including the cost of weight loss medications such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. $350/mo

*Lab work is not included in the program but may be covered by your insurance.
